What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT payments. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us at sales@victoryshop.co.za as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been processed for fulfilment, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across South Africa?

Yes! We ship nationwide across South Africa. We also offer international shipping — contact us for a quote.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over R950.

Sizing & Products

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a sizing guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Feel free to contact us if you need help choosing the right size.

What material are your t-shirts made from?

Our t-shirts are made from premium quality cotton, designed for comfort, durability, and a great fit.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We don't accept returns. But will replace your item if it has a garment defect. But if the items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with a printing error, returned within 9 days we may consider. Please contact us at hello@victoryshop.co.za to initiate a return.
